Bella, Yesterday was nuts....seems everyone waited til the last minute to decide the weather was going to be good enough to celebrate Easter and they all came wanting, wanting, wanting.....One lady about made me pull out the Crown Royal and set it on the counter...not that I wanted it, but I thought it might calm her down so she could make a decision.....lol......Can you do it this way...(yes)...ok....oh...can you change this to this..(yes)...ok....oh..can you add some of this..(yes)..ok.....oh...can you change the color of that..(yes)...oh..can you change the ribbon and bow color to purple...(yes)....Oh that's very nice..can i get two of them exactly alike..I need them right now as I am going to the church now.......LADY....LADY.....LADY.........I KNOW IT'S EASTER BUT I'M GETTING READY TO SAY SOMETHING VERY VERY NON EASTER IN SPRIT........
ReplyDeleteWhit...I try awfully hard to always be pleasant and accommodating I really do...I always try to be the one that lets it just roll off....but there are special occasions when yes my ass had lead the parade singing Yankee Doodle Dandy all the way home.......as it seems that most (not all) of the people that cause this reaction in me are people you have moved here from up north...and nothing is meant by that other than that's just their way...but it ain't my way....

ReplyDeleteYou think you had it bad? We're out of business for two or three days entirely. Hubby broke the rear springs on our tanker truck. Whole thing has to be torn down to be replaced.

and the other on Mothers Day weekend of all times.
Still have 3 weddings booked in May, and 7 in
June.Then things will calm down when school is
out. Hope you get the truck operational soon.
